Witchcraft invites itself to Sauxillange In the morning, the Wolf Sorcerer will take us into his magical forest.
The afternoon will begin with a guided tour of the exhibition "Nait pas witch qui faut".
Around 3 p.m. games, then 3:30 p.m. puppet shows and storytelling for the youngest.
At 4.30 p.m.: room for speakers (literary historian), followed by an exchange with the participants.
Around 7 p.m. a storyteller will take over until 8:30 p.m.
In the evening, public readings and predilection for the Tarot; mystical music, phantasmagorical illuminations and other sorceries will be honoured.
Visual artists will not be forgotten and the most courageous will be able to visit with them, throughout this magical day, the exhibition in place for a few days.
Exhibition "No witch is born who wants" In the garden and the beautiful room on the ground floor of the Maison du Patrimoine in Sauxillanges, the exhibition "Nait pas witch qui faut" brings together more than 22 visual artists from all over France.
Paintings, drawings, digital creations, textile art, sculptures, assemblages, augmented reality works, photographs, etc. rub shoulders with objects of popular belief collected for the occasion.
Abundant documentation on the subject is available to visitors, not forgetting the youngest who can also take part in the “Lost Formula” game.
EXHIBITION September 2022 This last exhibition of the summer will bring together lace crystallized in salt by Marie-Thérèse BONNIOL, sculptures "mounted upside down" by Amanda PETERS, poetic drawings by Marion JANIN and giant portraits by Brice ROBERT in this exceptional place that is the Heritage House of Sauxillanges.
